Deirdre Griffin – WORKSHOP

Sunday 2nd October 4-6pm

Deirdre will begin with a gentle warm up using both improvisational and structured exercises. The class will increase in vigour through floor work, release movement and some basic acrobatics. The class will culminate in a choreographic phrase based on the movement devised from the show and short cool down. The class will be energising and good craic!

This is an accompanying workshop to Deirdre Griffin’s show SOUP, which will play at the Black Box Theatre on Monday 3rd October.
